KTM offers a 20-year warranty on Systimax cable products. This means if the application or the passive elements of the infrastructure fail, we'll fix them. No loopholes, no confusion, no hidden type, just our 20-year commitment to your network infrastructure. No other provider in the industry offers this level of protection.
We offer the full extent of the manufacturer's warranty for any new phone systems we install. For example, KTM offers a two (2) year warranty on XBlue Phone Systems. For a refurbished phone system, we offer a one (1) year limited warranty.
We have many client success stories and are hopeful you will join our long list of very satisfied customers. We understand how important it is to have an outstanding reputation for quality work. KTM also is proud to offer an industry leading, full one (1) year limited warranty on all labor and materials. This warranty would apply to any Technical Service call or a new construction project.
